In response to the global trend of cultivating interdisciplinary talent, the University launched a Pilot Program for Flexible Interdisciplinary Studies and, in 2025, established the Interdisciplinary Academic Advising Office under the Office of Academic Affairs. The Office is responsible for proposing initiatives, developing related mechanisms, inviting departments to design specialized credit programs, and promoting flexible academic structures as well as the vision of the future of university. It also provides student consultation services, integrating existing university resources to offer comprehensive guidance and support tailored to individual learning needs, helping students achieve their goals of becoming innovative, interdisciplinary professionals.
